How I Can Help You
Every day, it seems there is another story in the news about the rights and freedoms of citizens in our country being taken away by their own government. Those rights are valuable and deserve to be protected. As an experienced criminal defense attorney in Fort Collins, Loveland, and Estes Park, I fight hard for the freedoms of my clients because I value them and their unique circumstances.
As a Christian criminal defense attorney, I have dedicated my life to serving the Lord in everything I put my hand to. Because of my past, I am able to empathize and understand the pain and confusion of those who have been accused of a crime. I will work diligently on your case to obtain the best possible outcome, and I am often able to get a case dismissed before it goes to trial, or work out a favorable plea deal.
I graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in political science before attending and graduating from the University Of Denver Strum College Of Law. While attending law school, I competed in the Strum College of Law’s premier National Trial Debate Team after being ask to join. These debates took place all over the United States and prepared me for actual practice. Since graduation, I have practiced 100% criminal defense.
If you have been accused or charged with a crime, I know how you feel. When I was a teenager, I had an encounter with law enforcement. I too was accused, charged and ultimately convicted of a crime. This experience has had a strong impact on my life. I had to endure time in jail, probation, fines and court fees. Because of this experience, I was compelled to practice Law and focus on defending others in criminal cases. My past allows me to help clients and identify and empathize with their situation. I have a unique perspective of our country’s criminal justice system. I know what it is like to be wrongly accused of a crime. I found myself fighting against the government.
